主要职责： 1. Leads and manages Quality Assurance (QA) staff (e.g., establishes performance objectives and evaluates achievement; ensures training and development needs are identified and addressed; provides ongoing coaching; selects and maintains qualified staff). 2. Maintains Quality Management System (QMS) and ensures that it conforms to the Standard of ISO 9001:2015. 3. Directs the maintenance and control of Inspection and Measuring, monitor calibration, testing and packing products. 4. Supports USTER’s supply chain management program. 基本要求： 1. Bachelor’s degree 2.
